2 Group Classes Per Week Monthly Package
Your are purchasing one month of the two class per week package for group training. This means you are able to come to any two classes during the week that you'd like. They do not accumulate if you don't make two classes in a week. Signup for a class is mandatory. If you do not have the signup link, please let me know.
Group training is only recommended for people who have current or recent workout experience. If you are what you would consider a beginner's beginner, do not have any current/recent workout experience or feel you would need more personal attention, please fill out the form on the "Contact" tab for inquires for One on One training so that we can do a free consultation to start a plan perfect your form, build your stamina, endurance, and strength!
